RE:RE:First CollapseWow, I can't believe we came in 13th.  I am well aware of the corruption in PR but GRB must be #1 on PREPA's (s)hit list.

I am very concerned that the focus keeps shifting here.  When I first started buying shares Real Block was hot, but then we were told the software developers tried to rip us off and nothing came of it.

Then Jeff assured us in a video last April that Montalva would break ground by June/July 2020.

Now we can reapply and wait another year for PREPA, PREB and the FOMB to approve Montalva or maybe not get approved because we won't pay the required bribes?  Or we go to court and waste years and millions on lawyers?

So now we are told Alberta is bigger than Montalva and Chinese pumpers will save our share price?  Will they be long-term shareholders?  I will be watching very closely for the Alberta news in March and the Sage Ranch approval in May promised recently.  I am increasingly skeptical of GRB's ability to hit any of its timelines now.
