half breakout tests like the one at the reverse split and the latest 1.60 to me hint that the stock price is being handled by very strong hands... also, have you ever seen a stock not tanking after a rs? Not that often... The longer the sideways action the higher the breakout! I for one am very optimistic and I think you know I haven't been worried a bit by the price action, up or down. My 2 cents!
