Exactly!! I got into Bev eyes wide open. So the management team, you know ... those guys who are building the company, they are making a bunch of money as the company grows. Wow... that seems so unusual and just plain wrong (sarcasm added for effect). i would do the same, while I buitl a solid company. If I spend my days building a company, I deserve to get my payday as often as I can.
