Heritage Cannabis Holdings Corp. is a Canada-based cannabis company offering products to both the medical and recreational legal cannabis markets in Canada and the United States. I love tthe fundamentals for Heritage, except for the share count. Way too many shares. Especially if they need to raise more money in the future. Still holding my stock though. i think this thing should go to .30 by end of May. Just a guess. At some point in time they are either gonna have to buy shares back or do a reverse split, which might not be a bad idea, though you usually lose a bunch of investors when you do that.
