RE:RE:RE:8.163% yieldYes, Tommy you raise a very important point about long term investing and NOT trading. I don't know too many traders who make big money over time. The successful path is having a long term view. I am so glad that I took a shot and bought 100k shares in Aug 2020 at $ 1.82 avg cost as dividend was irresistible at approx 10.5%. I have held 3 Canadian banks for approx 10 years which were boring low divy at the time but as dividends increase, the returns pay off big time if you're able to just wait. I'm showing my teenage kids this simple approach to start investing early and the compounding magic of DRIP
