RE:RE:RE:OSC price for EVE 28 gm baggy is $3.57/gm tax in.I posted this yesterday at 4:43pm. NOT A SINGLE REBUTTAL....FACT is POWERFUL. reallyBobbyZ wrote: Rock...EVE's Room 3 grows 272,000 plants [stations] if completely full. EVE's yield per plant in Q3/20 financials was 49.22 gms/plant in a 122 day growing cycle...in 3 cycles/year = 3 x 49.22 gms = 147.66 gms per "station" to grow = 272,000 x 147.66 gms [per year] = 40,163,520 gms/yr.
EVE got an average $1.21/gm in Q3/20 financials. So, if EVE had Room 3 completely full for a year [3 crops] they would get $1.21 x 40,163,520 gms = $48,597,859 Total GROSS SALES REVENUE.
$48,597,859 is about 1/30th your $1.5 billion estimate.
My #s are HARD FACTS taken from EVE's financials and from OPEN HOUSE [272,000 plants in Room 3 when full]. RockMaschine wrote:
4 plants per square foot if growing a single large cola. Less if spreading out over screen of green. No commercial op is training plants like that. 1 million sq ft so 4 million colas. Each plant yielding half a pound on the low end, so 2 million pounds times your gaslighting guess of $750 odd per pound gives $1.5 billion in cash flow potential from EVEs entire operation. Not a bad buy at todays closing market cap of $13 million.
