This board has deteriorated badly since last I looked.

Executor is an enigma.  My guess is that he bought at the high and has decided that the only way to salvage his stake is to insanely and irrationally attempt to pull sentiment into the gutter with the hope that the share price will follow.
We are days away from the announcement we've all been anticipating for weeks.  There is nothing weak or tentative about this company's future prospects. [ie.: US govt. support, immense application of mg alloys for all types of transport.]
