RE:Covid testing - vaccines and litigation risk@Gal, very relevant point (legal imperative) perhaps contributing to an article I shared in the past week, highlighting that 2/3 Canadian businesses favoured in-businrss rapid testing. Granted, legal concerns tend to be less of an issue in Canada than in the US, but it's nevertheless likely a non-negligible issue. Reason why testing is bound to continue increasing over the coming months.

Steve was saying that one of the reasons why covid testing demand has risen so sharply is litigation risk (protecting workers). He was explaining how covid testing is switching from health and safety matter to legal matter as companies (particularly in the US) are getting hit with class action lawsuits for not doing enough to create safe work environment. He was also saying that there is no evidence that would suggest that current vaccines will last longer than 6 months and then when you add the severity of different variants to the equation it all equals just tons of testing that is not going away anywhere anytime soon. I just thought I would post it if anyone is concerned about covid testing being just a temporary thing. have a great weekend everyone!
