This memorandum of understanding (MOU) between CLC and TAAT is awesome news...BUT...may or may not happen. In Canada you need a licence to piss and a licence for the pissing pot.

So essentially, you will need multiple licences while waiting many months for approval/granting of said licence(s).

Expansion and partnership is always a positive sign but I feel this news is premature and very far off
