RE:I never average up on a stock butif someone could correct me here if im wrong....here goes..

so im thinking bout monday open buying up what i can in vii....the reason is is that if the deal goes through ill end up getting roughly ten% more shares with the arc deal...
and that if the deal doesnt go through i feel vii will run up based on that fact alone as i still belive they are a better stand alone in this price environment....

im looking for opinions here ....do you buy arc if you think this is a done deal...or do you buy vii...
i know this has been talked about alot but i cant fid the posts and ive had a few discussions with people about this but the answer to me is unclear....

downside in my undrstnading is that if i buy arc and the deal doesnt go through, arc will take a big haircaut price wise ...where as vii would most likely go up....

looking for an opinion here
