For February - In 19 trading days.

Total Volume - 1,133,582,270 (billion) shares traded.
Total Value - rough calculation over 440mil dollars.

Will be interesting to see MM's position after this month is.

They had about 44mil shares left end of Jan. Probably liquidated in the run up. Im sure they took some of the bought deal at .31.

they have the equivalent of 90mil shares in converdible debt once converted. They may have shorted anything above .285 conversion as that would be in the money for them. As convertible arbitrage is their play.

.285 would be a floor - as anything below that is not in the money for them.

Either they cover their position in the market, or via their convertible debt shares. Lots of maneuvering for them. But given the MATH, its not a co-incidence that we trade .285 - .31 (bought deal price) on lower volume.

OR -

Possible they will hold 10% position (as per method this may be an equity threshold for them) - as BEENA is an excellent CEO and moving them forward. In which case they wont short their debt position, and allow them to convert when shares rocket passed .45 in the near term.

O/s would be about ~ 850 in which case they could keep their full debt position without being over 10%.

Well see - but the games wont be done until we clear .45 for 10 trading days and clear the convertible debentures. end the stupidity.

Will eliminate 2.9 mil in interest annually, and any accretion debenture accrural - which will be great for the buisness as well.
