RE:MORIARTY GIVES DSI - IT'S 14!

RE:MORIARTY GIVES DSI - IT'S 14!El presidente Bernstein is no slouch. He was psychiatrist that became a commodity trader.

He wrote an excellent book about trading and shows a lot of flaws we have in trading.

I listenend to many a interview with him in the 80s.

Everyone that trades (not invests) are constantly looking for entry and exit points and will

have a number of indicators. Most have a sentiment indicator of one sort or another. Most

generally at least look at the RSI or relative strength indicator. To have a daily one is to

say you are very active trader and are probably trading gold or at least a proxy.

My proxy in the 80's was one company that QH used to work for but I knew many that

used ASA. ASA was DeBeers, and gold interests and a lot different company back then.IKE
