Choklat and Brad Churchill

Choklat and Brad Churchill
so I'm trying to understand what has taken place in regards to Choklat. As best as I understood namaste took a loss as a bum investment with Choklat. What is the deal with turning their investment into common shares and as best as I can tell from his statements diluting their share? Anyone can read online about Brad Churchill and his pie in the sky dreams, which in turn have turned into BS promises to initial investors. I don't imagine he has a legal leg to stand on, and clearly has no cash for lawyers so in theory they could just deplete what little resources he has and push him out of the way. Thoughts?
