What am I missing here ?

It clearly states in the NR that CLC will produce and manufacture Taat in Canada.

They are producing and distributing Taat as a finished product for the Canadian market.

we have so much biomass here in Canada, why do you think setti has to ship anything across boarders ? Makes no sense.

The news is clearly saying that they are setting up shop in Canada through CLC, the Taat formula is protected with them since Joel director of taat and chairmen/ ceo of CLC.
