Technical analysis

Technical analysis So I am not well versed in chart analysis at all but gonna take a stab at it. Does anyone else see a bullish hammer candle shown on Tuesdays trading? I am still skeptical about whether these chart signals even tell you anything but judging by what I see on Tuesday trading I see the chart showing a bullish sign also stimulus bill passed which will likely boost the whole market.
