Reading Charts

Reading ChartsIt has been a long time since my last post. And…. with the reasons. This postings are based on technical analysis and stock was dormant (read: in penalty box for a couple of years).

And  the Weekly Chart

User image

The Good: We have a beautiful, well developed trend. As a matter of fact 2 trending channels. Long term channel from end of 2018 moving slowly higher with lots of opportunities to make a loose money. And shorter term channel from middle of December last year. Price within short term channel just hit the trend line of longer term channel and stopped there – what should be expected. True Strength Index (momentum) are pointing up
The Bad: RSIs overbought – but they can stay overbought long time without affecting the price.
Action: Price should NOT  go bellow KAMA - $0.68. We should break the trend line on decent volume moving above $1.00. Remember, this is weekly time frame so daily closing price doesn’t apply here.

Daily Chart

The Good:  Price break out around $0.43 followed by another break out at $0.56. Solid volume. During past 5 weeks we had around 56 mlns shares traded. I don’t believe retails were behind a volume and believe funds were buying
The Bad: Last quarter financials can’t be good and I expect some kind of selloff. Depth of the selloff ….your guess is as good as mine. Price on Daily Timeframe should not close bellow KAMA $0.74. Company painted cash flow positive picture every quarter. They didn’t deliver.  Right now they are signing new contracts but are not giving numbers. Who knows how many patients they currently have. CEO mention $30 millions for the next year or better. Well….she gave herself extra 12 month. What about month of April-May ? Any millions or hundreds of thousands ?
On June 2019 (yes, year ago) I published post with quote from Peter Imhow. Let me copy/paste this part of my post.
The biggest problems: Peter Imhof from AGF Investment was yesterday on BNN and said: (they) don't have  just operational problems. Company has Structural Problems. Lack of Depth in Management was crucial to the disaster. I agree. He said “fool me once….” .

Nice channel: Support at: 0.76 and 0.62.
I’m still holding positions I opened at 0.43 and 0.52. I opened them on breakouts proven to be ….fake ones. But I’m holding at these levels. Just be careful. I bet there are members here who bought at $2 and still holding and praying

Happy Trading
