Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

time for shareholders to focus on what's left.....sage ranch is our last hope..court proceedings will get bogged down for years with no positive outcome...if there is no positive news for sage by may or timelines that appear to be realistic it would be time to cut loses on pwr
