RE:DRC Rejecting Some Lithium Deals With China... This specific deal in the article is regarding Australia and AVZ operation in DRC. The Australian government wants to keep China out. DRC, meanwhile, wants Chinese money. But they are getting tougher on negotiating these deals. Chinese money comes at a cost.
