Then, go to BBD's website and read the news releases from 2019 when they issued the $2B 2027 bonds. Read about how they used that money to redeem the bonds due in 2020, and to issue a tender offer for the bonds due in 2021.

If you spend a bit of time to understand how the process works, you will be better able to assess BBD's situation with respect to its debt.
