RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:PPManagement has never said clients and distributors have to pre-pay 100% of the cost of each unit.
I have posted in previous posts that I own 6 commercial buildings in Waterloo consiting of 350,000 sq ft of space. As a business owner I made a call in November to Kontrol to inquire about cost and installation for some of my buildings. I was considering 3 units for lobby area where elevators located.
The terms were $15,000 per unit, 35% down secure order and balance due after installation.
I was told delievery would be approximately 6-8 weeks from when production commenced.
This totally normal terms from my point of view. I actually chuckle when I read posts that $15,000 is too expensive, I have roof top HVAC units that cost $250,000 to replace. On smaller buildings units range from $20,000 to $50,000.
