RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:I never average up on a stock butWell I made my play ... bought those 8000 shares this morning and gonna ride this stock out 
my previous average is less than half of today price but I don't like this deal and still think we can get a no vote ..and I still
think a white night comes out of the shadows also .../
good luck to anyone holding or buying shares here 

the only way this deal
is worth anything is if in q1 the merged company buys back a ton of stock and keeps that dividend at 3.5%
