Years agoMy recollection Bam offered to buy bpy at bargain market prices several years ago.
bpy insiders always stated they would not tender to the offer.
I think latest bam offer is designed to establish a floor price for bpy and protect bpy being scooped by others.
With vaccines i can see fully normalized behavior by july and this will resolve all real estate concerns. Be patient and rewarded.
