RE:Thoughts on the Latest Responses for Sol Globaland 1235 Fund

RE:Thoughts on the Latest Responses for Sol Globaland 1235 FundIt's good analysis, but how do you get to Verano completing an RTO is an "involuntary breach"?  There's no defintion of involuntary breach in your analysis or in  S.6.3.

Seems very improbable that any court would conclude that an "involuntary breach" (if there is one) could result in an 11X return versus a 6% yield.  That would have to be seen as an unenfoceable "penalty" for being so excessive and so far beyond any possible measure of liquidated damages.  And what damages are there in any event if SOL can repay on time the $50mm plus 6%..?

Andy shoyld still fire himself for his deliberate cronyism governace at the Board and for having no real CFO or any executives.   He's flying solo living in Miami and has made SOL vulnerable to attack.   Millions in shareholder money will be spent fighting this....and probably more DSUs and PSUs will be issued as the stock plummets.

There are no genuinely good guys in this movie.
