To answer your question, I got sucked into this stock by believing the BS about the e-commerce and brick&mortar strategy...in other words, the first business RLV failed miserably at. I quickly realized that there was no vision or focus l, and got spooked as they changed CFOs and auditors yearly...never a good sign.
However, I then saw that this company started paying companies and individuals to pump the stock, while paying itself massive "consulting fees". Since the core business was failing, and every new item either didn't launch or failed and was never mentioned again, I decided to keep an eye to see if irrational exuberance + bad management could create opportunities.
It has slid from 17 cents to 3 in two years...and is now a sad shell with nothing going on. I would venture to guess that the majority of the shares outstanding will sit idle until it goes bankrupt, since the alternative is to take a major bath.
What anout you? At least it seems you are in Sativa Wellness, which has an ACTUAL cbd business...why are you here?
