That's the problem that no one is talking about. These people still have millions of shares, which they will undoubtedly unload eventually. Depending on how much they decide to unload at once the share price could suffer easily and quickly. If this guy is vindictive for getting fired I wouldn't expect him to play nice. Unfortunately my assessment is that this situation limits very rapid gains from this point on and I am not at all surprised the share price has not appreciated very much today. Having the Kleins as major share holders must be deemed a negative as retail investors may be inclined to sell more quickly than they otherwise might have to avoid getting caught in a potential 'Klein' selling downdraft which cold takes weeks to recover from, if at all, depending on market sentiment. You simply can't trust that this security will maintain a 'fair' value - whatever that is.
