BTW, in the event of a sudden flood of shares for sale, stop losses will be triggered compounding effect. This situation could be gamed so easily by the Kleins. They could short the stock, then sell their own shares, watch the mayheim unfold and buy back cheaper. This could go on and on and on. What a f#@%ing mess. That's why you don't promise too many shares to the owner's of entity you just bought out. Mind you the shares are vested but all those vested shares will be in their hot little hands at some point NLT some time in 2022.
