This is their job.  Just because they are not doing this does not mean they are doing the right thing.  Maybe they do not want to put their time and energy into expanding outside of their comfort zone.  DN is listed on the TSX, they have access to capital, a decent balance sheet and good reputation, this is an enviable position.

If John A were to say that he has no plans on going into the US the SP would tumble hard and stay there. This SP has gone nowhere because John A is has no long-term growth plan.  Great, the y/y has been good.  But this kind of growth rate has a limit with the current strategy.

Pot investors are pouring money into companies with a strong growth plans. The domestic market is not enough.  Dpods are not a winning plan, there are other ways to deconaminate.  Good luck trying to get into the Quebec market in a big way, local LPs will always have a regulatory advantage.
