insiders buying in large quantities up till trading window closed at end of december

company have been buying back steadily thru jan (feb report not filed yet)

since they can track business trends and were buying big in late december and buyback active , only can assume business good and they see more upside

i own some versabank, another small cap lender in canada. stock has taken off, and they talk about good lending opportunities out there. they mostly canada.

us lenders reported good results in general and talked about optimism for 21 due to stimulus, consumer balance sheets and expected rebound as vaccine rolls out everywhere in us
