The Company plans to target four segments in the U.S. cannabis and CBD market with products suited to their needs: senior citizens, upwardly mobile middle-aged female professionals, upwardly mobile middle-aged male professionals and individuals suffering from addiction.

Thank you for reaching out, with regard to the distribution of shares of Vibe Growth Corporation to holders of Ventura Cannabis & Wellness Corp. shares, please be advised that we are presently issuing the shares and expect the DRS to be sent out by mail later this week or early next week. The shares being issued are restricted until May, 2021 and such could not be distributed by CDS internally to their participants.
