I agree with the six month hold related to the final deal.  I do not believe this applies to the first tranche, as that was determined to be a dividend, but I could be mistaken.

Having said that I do not believe these dates determine "when you will see your VIBE shares".  True, you cannot trade them until the hold has expired, but many members of this board have claimed to have received their shares, while many have not, and that is the issue at hand.  Why is it that some have received their shares, and some have not? And more importantly, when those that have not received their shares call their brokerage they seem to have no idea about this.

This is the concern that I and many other shareholders have, and while May 10 still seems a long way off, I prefer to get some immediate reassurance that I will, in fact, "see my VIBE shares".
