I have to say thank you for that. I swing a hammer around here all the time and mostly just hit my fingers. But yeah, when going for acceptance, this gets right to the heart (pun noted). It is one thing to say "buy our virus detector for your business to be safe" while we remain reletively unknown still. But here you have emotional appeal. So you get it in there and when (and if) it works the story tells itself.
