It is also engaged in Koch Project Solutions, LLC (KPS) to provide project execution management services up to turnkey delivery of the proposed Texas Facility. The Company is focused on building or enhancing UMO re-refineries and licensing its intellectual property to third parties around the world. Its first ReGen facility is in the site selection and negotiation phase in the United States Gulf Coast.

Andreas, agree with you 100%. This is the direction Majors are going IMO. It's a race to carbon neutrality for the lubes business. GIII has product that is low having fruit for one of the first steps in that direction. They aren't the only ones doing this; Valero has been refining used motor oil and marketing it as VGO (FCC Feed) for years. I would be surprised if they don't skip right to the finished product rather than selling an intermediate to be turned to Hydrocarbon fuel.
