Do some more DD. China is famous for copying trade secrets and ignoring foreign patent laws. Your lawyer or attorney whichever is appropriate won't have much luck in a Chinese courtroom. China has a long history of ignoring foreign trade laws and starting competing companies in China selling cheaper and identical looking products. I say be very careful or expect to suffer big consequences.
It's a moot point anyway because TAAT hasn't proven that is a success in North America yet so predictions of success in the Chinese cigarette market is a bit premature. What posters here don't understand is that companies that are dominant in a market are not going to sit idly by and watch a small startup company take away their profits without a big pushback. BT has massive resources and if they decide to take action to protect their markets from TAAT, the impact on TAAT's business will be significant.
Does anybody here think BT can't develop a product quickly to compete against TAAT? If you believe that then all I can say is "Dream on". BT might be developing competetive products right now.
It will be like a mouse fighting a lion. Who do you think will win that fight. TAATt would have to be Mighty Mouse to win that fight.
Good point Bert , I agree on China and BT . Steady and slow and lets hope we have the best product out there.
