RE:RE:ELD will pay cash for this takeover dealThe final price for the QMX shares that Eldorado will pay depends on the ELD stock price. If ELD stock price drops so does the value of QMX shares. The 30 cents payout was based on the price of ELD at the time of the offer. We will get some cash but we got screwed.
I encourage everyone to vote against this offer. It greatly underestimates the value of QMX. We should not have agreed to this deal until the drill results were obtained.
