I don't believe that NFG ownership has a significant impact on NVO share price.  It becomes almost like a treasury position within the NVO asset base.

The two stocks trade separately and are driven by very different factors and news events.

And regarding stock buy/sell advice from $hithouse posters:  Separate the ones that tell you what to buy and sell, from ones that tell you WHY they have bought and sold.  

The critical difference is that in the case of the latter, the onus to think is placed on oneself.  And don't confuse a seller that explains their rationale for their position as a basher.  Many times, it's the opposite.

The ones that tell you what to do because they know, can go f-uck themselves.  Because they don't know.
