Unit pricing was $4.25 which includes a pre-funded warrant. At $4.25 the warrant is worth $1.15-1.25 or so - break even for the buyer of the unit is therefore ~$3. That's why you see people selling the equity at these prices. Sell the stock and keep the warrant or sell both and walk away.
