hdawgz1: Zimtu is exiting because the company (Zinc8) has reached a new stage in it's developement. It is no longer a venture capital company with support by small investors but has now gained support by large USA INVESORS, Zimtu will no longer be able to control the company and is now, no longer needed. Zimtu has made the Lions share of the money they can make from this company and will slowly move on. This is normal with venture capital investment bankers.
