Wow With So Much Constant Chatter
Wow With So Much Constant Chatter
about ADS this may as well become an ADS board, forget Mission Ready ;-) in any case things are what they are. Unless proven otherwise Mission Ready will continue to operate independently and there will not be any merger and acquisition. ADS will do its thing and so will this company. That said it doesnt mean if as I have said ADS favorable people hold a good chunk of shares here which I see it as being really viable they will control what goes behind closed doors. Classic IBC Advanced Alloys all over again but as long as management follows whoever has controlling ADS ABC or the Wizard of Oz it is all good. And for everyone's well being you simply continue to do so so the shares just keep going up in value. Trust me it isnt in anyone's interest other than cooperate and win together. Reminds me of Disney and Sony over sharing Spidermans property rights. It's a bit complicated and will take me forever to explain but the point is after their constant trying to stick it to each other a very public spat the two came up with a truce and know there is far more monies to be made working more amicably together rather than to keep sticking it to each other and have massive egos involved. I strongly believe Disney will buy the film and distribution rights back within 5 years. I dont see the same here. Think about it there will be a lot of changes and headache to what goes on being a publicly traded company and why bother when you have shares in one and "supposedly call the shots" anyways. You see the problem is that what goes around comes around so if ADS is in fact the one controlling the supposed puppet strings why would they want that to happen to them? And why not have the best of all worlds and vicariously get your pleasure in literally owning a publicly trading company while reaping a good chunk of the benefits along with everything else all the while protecting your own operations and literally no risk other than that of private companies where ownership is harder to take away. In any case I dont see any merger acquisition....Mission Ready stays independent publicly traded ADS remains privately held and the balance of happy equilibrium is found where everyone is happy. Just my take and sure if people want to make this a defacto ADS board why not that is all people keep talking about anyways. Quite honestly it all doesnt matter who has what just as long as things keep getting done and people work together to make it all happen everyone will win that way!!!
