RE:RE:🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️I have a question ??????The largest stake holders of this are MMCap, and they have a significant portion of convertible debentures that are convertible at 0.45$. They earn 11.06% interested annually for the next 4 years on those debs. So not only do they get to accumulate shares cheaply, it gets cheaper the longer they hold. 

Pretty easy to see why this is being held down, and why MMCap probably "politely" encouraged the capital raises. So they would have more ammo to short. They just had to wait for the speculative wave in Cannabis to die down after the US election. As the volume starts to dry up, short interest will drop, as they don't need the same amount of shorts to cap the price.
