Naturally Splendid (CVE: NSP- OTC: NSPDF) CEO Craig Goodwin joined Steve Darling from Proactive to provide an update on their appeal of a decision of the Federal Court of Canada relating to its Canadian trademark application to register NATERA. Goodwin telling Proactive they can still use the name for their vegetarian meat substitutes but they will continue in the courts as the company believes they have a strong case for appeal
