RE:RE:My guess on the CMOs option count is 3/4MThe existing management allowed 700,000 options at $0.73 each to expire on Feb 1, 2021. So we know the new round of options will be for less than $0.73. The new option plan that was approved last year has a cap of 10% of the shares outstanding so around 24 million option shares available less outstanding options. So in effect they can recycle expirations into new options.
Does anyone have knowledge of how many options can be granted under the new plan in any one year? Are they restricted to some percentage of the total or could they top up in one event to 24 million options outstanding?
Let's hope they get this done soon so the share price can reflect true value rather than a number engineered to the desired option price. My guess is options at $0.65 but not sure how many. If around 8 million options now outstanding could they conceivably issue 16 million at $0.65 each now?
