Can't really disagree with your point about Florence as it pertains to actual production date but once they announce their final permit and JV deal, the share price absolutely must get a substantial pop. Not necessarily to anywhere near your $3.9 Cdn valuation of Gib plus Florence once producing but most probably to the $3+ area, which is a nice percentage gain from where we currently sit. One year of production from Florence and then we can have a serious conversation about Yellowhead. Bottom line from my view is the future is undeniable due to their assets and favorable copper environment. But hey, you've dipped your toes back in, let's see how long you stay. Not a great close today but the long haul is more meaningful.
