HS becoming dominant data management software

HS is a data management company for government agencies. They are literally replacing rooms of filing cabinets and brining various gov agencies into the 21st century. This represents a massive software as a service (SAAS) opportunity. Good levels to pick up here as they continue to produce contracts most recently they just signed another contract with Sonoma County CA
