Shareholders1 , the constitutional case doesn't apply to the Apple case. The constitutional challenge is to PTAB judges who are invalidating patents. Wilan's wireless patents have already been found valid at PTAB. The constitutional challenge may reverse past PTAB rulings against other Wilan patents that were found invalid at PTAB.
