SE Saskatchewan operates low-cost wells with short payouts and offers potential for continued area consolidation.

No need for GPS tracking.

They will have a lower tax rate for the electricity that you use in your home and they will charge a higher rate for EV owners who will use the fast recharge plug.

Same electricity going in the house but different tax rate depending on the use. No way they are going to lose all these taxes.
