Not even sure who he's talking about but Ballard over US$1.5 bln in net cash that is estimated to be $1.3 bln of surplus that they state could be used for M&A. Plug on the other hand has US$5.5 bln of net cash - thats simply a war chest.  Lastly Xebec has net cash and as of last week has a untapped credit facility and partnerships to develop BOO.  So not clear why the fear mongering - if anything the balance sheets of these company's will inevitably lead to consolidation. Its clear you have a motive here - not that i care - but none of your post seem to merit fact.
