Another annoying question

Gang, here is a (potentially silly) question for you: If the clouds ever part and the stars align and the halt is lifted, does the price revert back to the .89 cents it was halted at or does it match whatever the comparable dollar amount that shrmf (otc/us version) is trading at that time...?
