This stock is on the OTCQB and not the NYSE. Tetra is currently not even close to meeting listing requirements on the NYSE or the NASDAQ.

It will require a substantional consolidation and a significant bump in assets.

I believe that management of Tetra has acknolwedged that a proper US listing such as the NYSE or the NASDAQ is essential for Tetra ASAP.

I would love to see them get there but it is a long hard road ahead.
