There is a large holding by an insider but possibly they would like to be a big player in a Cardium champion. They are doing great things in Willesden green and seem to have great technical people. They are only half of Bonterra's size but they are free cash flowing more than Bonterra. It just seems a shame to chase a bloated entity who wants nothing to do with us when there are streamlined best in class outfits who could bring their technical expertise to a merger and gain in the upside that is clearly available to OBE.
