RE:RE:RE:RE:DFS - NPV over $1 billion and IRR=34% at current gold price Yes in my opinion management is our biggest problem. Over the last 5 years Scott Moore has proven himself to be incompetent as a CEO for its shareholders since day 1. The latest example is would you have known about the very favorable NPV and IRR values of the DFS using today's gold price at $1725 if somebody like me hadn't told you? Then how would a potential investor know by reading this DFS announcement that uses Scott Moore's less favorable numbers at $1550? This should not be the job of a shareholder, it should be the job of the CEO to promote the positive aspects of the project at various possible prices to try to generate interest to increase share price.
The attractive NPV projections have only occurred recently since the scale of the project was increased by including the Rovina open pit together with the Colnic pit. Of course the current gold price is another key factor. However no big player will touch this project until all government permits are in place for the mine to be constructed, no matter which country it is in. The danger is Scott Moore's spending habits might use up all shareholder equity and put the company into insolvancy before that happens.
